Our services are available globally where permitted by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of our virtual numbers complies with local legislation.
Regional Restriction: Our services are not available to residents of the United States and Russia. Any attempt to register from these territories may result in immediate account termination.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Login, Password, and API keys. Any actions performed using your credentials are considered your own.
4. Payments and Virtual Balance
Services are paid for in advance by replenishing your virtual balance. Costs are determined by the specific criteria selected (country, app, and provider). While we aim for perfect service, SMS delivery is not guaranteed as it depends on third-party mobile operators.
5. Termination and Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account suspected of fraud or illegal activities. Additionally, accounts that remain inactive for more than one year may be deactivated.

You are strictly forbidden from using our numbers for banking, wallets, or cryptocurrency. We bear NO responsibility for frozen funds or transaction failures.
- Legal Indemnification: ExpressOTP is NOT responsible for any legal action, investigation, or prosecution taken against you. If you are sued, arrested, or investigated by any authority or third party, we bear ZERO liability. You use this service at your own legal risk.
- Local Law Compliance (Negation): We are NOT responsible if your use of this service violates the electronic crime laws, communication standards, or anti-fraud regulations of your specific jurisdiction. We are NOT liable for any charges brought against you under local cybercrime acts (including identity theft, spoofing, or unauthorized access).
- No Supervision: We do not monitor user activity and are never responsible for the consequences of how you utilize the identifiers provided. You agree that we can never be held accountable for any harm caused by your use of ExpressOTP.
