At Expressotp, we strive to provide a seamless verification experience. Please read our guidelines regarding service returns and cancellations.
1. Activation and SMS Receipt
Once a virtual number successfully receives an SMS and the activation is marked as complete, we do not issue refunds. Our system is designed to automatically return funds to your virtual balance if an SMS is not received within the allotted time or if the activation is canceled before completion.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
We honor refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- SMS Delivery Failure: If technical issues prevent you from receiving a confirmation code, please contact our support within 5 days of the purchase. Beyond this period, the activation is considered successful.
- Invalid Number Issues: If you receive an SMS but find the number is non-functional for its intended purpose, you must submit proof of the error (e.g., screenshots or video recordings showing 2FA errors) within 5 days.
- Technical Defects: While we rigorously test our platform, unexpected errors may occur. We reserve 5 days to rectify any reported defects. If we cannot resolve the issue within this timeframe, a full refund or equivalent replacement will be issued.
3. Important Limitations
Telegram 2FA: Proof of error via video recording is mandatory for Telegram 2FA number refunds. Please note that numbers purchased via API for 2FA-protected Telegram accounts are strictly non-refundable.
Third-Party Compatibility: We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party software, plugins, or specific scripts. We do not guarantee that our services will work with every third-party application or web host.
API Usage: Expressotp is not liable for errors resulting from the incorrect implementation of our API functions by the user.
